HORIZONTE MINERALS PLC announced on May 16, 2024 that HORIZONTE should be placed into administration in order to seek to preserve the value of the business for creditors and other stakeholders. The Company has requested a suspension of trading in its ordinary shares on AIM with effect from 7.30am on 16 May 2024. Solactive will remove HORIZONTE MINERALS PLC from administered indices on May 22, 2024 (open) with a price of zero.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• HORIZONTE MINERALS PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of HORIZONTE MINERALS PLC (HZM.L) based on deal terms will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 22/05/2024
