Bankruptcy | CUTERA INC | 11th March 2025

On March 4, 2025, CUTERA INC entered into a Restructuring Support Agreement and on March 5, 2025 CUTERA INC filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. CUTERA INC will be removed from the index effective March 11, 2025. If it is not trading on the primary stock exchange or any alternative eligible exchange, then the removal price will be zero.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CUTERA INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CUTERA INC (CUTR.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 11/03/2025
