Acquisition | WHOLE EARTH BRANDS INC | 6th August 2024

Initially announced on February 13, 2024 OZARK HOLDINGS made a cash offer for WHOLE EARTH BRANDS INC of USD 4.875 per WHOLE EARTH BRANDS INC share held. WHOLE EARTH BRANDS INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on July 31, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on August 5, 2024. Trading in shares of WHOLE EARTH BRANDS INC is expected to be halted effective August 5, 2024. In absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• WHOLE EARTH BRANDS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of WHOLE EARTH BRANDS INC (FREE.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 06/08/2024
