Acquisition | WEALTHNAVI INC | 24th January 2025

On November 29, MUFG BANK LTD announced a tender offer to purchase the common shares of WEALTHNAVI INC. Each WEALTHNAVI INC shareholder would receive JPY 1950 in cash for every share held. On January 21, 2025, the tender offer result was announced with the offeror controlling 92.45% of the share capital of WEALTHNAVI INC. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive will remove WEALTHNAVI INC from the indices effective on January 24, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• WEALTHNAVI INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of WEALTHNAVI INC (7342.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 24/01/2025
