Acquisition | WALKME LTD | 12th September 2024

Announced on June 5, 2024, SAP SE made a cash offer of USD 14 per share in an all-cash transaction to acquire WALKME LTD. Shareholders of WALKME LTD approved the Acquisition on August 7, 2024. The merger is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on September 12, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• WALKME LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of WALKME LTD (WKME.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 12/09/2024
