Due to the acquisition of UZABASE INC by PRIVATE COMPANY (UNLISTED), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• UZABASE INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of UZABASE INC (3966.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
