Acquisition | TRANSPHORM INC | 25th June 2024

Initially announced on January 11, 2024 RENESAS ELECTRONICS CORP made a cash offer for TRANSPHORM INC of USD 5.10 per TRANSPHORM INC share held. TRANSPHORM INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on April 9, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on June 20, 2024. Trading in shares of TRANSPHORM INC is expected to be halted effective June 21, 2024. In absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

TRANSPHORM INC will be removed from the Index.
The weight of TRANSPHORM INC (TGAN.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
Effective Date (open): 25/06/2024
