Acquisition | TORNOS HOLDING AG – REG | 8th December 2023

On October 25, 2023 STARRAG GROUP HOLDING AG entered into a merger agreement to acquire TORNOS HOLDING AG – REG for 0.1059 STARRAG GROUP HOLDING AG shares per TORNOS HOLDING AG – REG share held. As of November 29, 2023, STARRAG GROUP HOLDING AG shareholders approved the transaction. As of November 30, 2023, TORNOS HOLDING AG – REG shareholders approved the transaction. TORNOS HOLDING AG – REG will be delisted from the SIX Swiss Exchange on December 8, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TORNOS HOLDING AG – REG will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of STARRAG GROUP HOLDING AG (STGN.S) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 08/12/2023
