Acquisition | TATA STEEL LONG PRODUCTS LTD | 17th November 2023

Announced on 22 September 2022, TATA STEEL LTD made a stock offer of 6.7 shares each per TATA STEEL LONG PRODUCTS LTD share. The offer was approved by the Shareholders on 27 June 2023. On 3 November 2023 the NCLT approved the scheme setting the effective date for 17 November 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TATA STEEL LONG PRODUCTS LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of TATA STEEL LTD (TISC.NS) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
