Acquisition | TATA METALIKS LTD | 6th February 2024

Initially announced on 22 September 2022, TATA STEEL LTD made a stock offer for TATA METALIKS LTD of 7.9 shares per every TATA METALIKS LTD held. On 21 December 2023 the NCLT approved the scheme of arrangement. The acquisition is expected to be completed on 6 February 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• TATA METALIKS LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of TATA STEEL LTD (TISC.NS) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 06/02/2024
