On 14 June 2024, Ephios Bidco GmbH launched a tender offer to acquire entire share capital of SYNLAB AG. Each shareholder of SYNLAB AG will receive EUR 11.09 in cash for every share held. The acceptance period ended on July 12, 2024. Based on the announcement published on July 12, 2024, the acquiror holds 85.59 percent of share capital of SYNLAB AG. As the free float of SYNLAB AG has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove SYNLAB AG giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SYNLAB AG will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SYNLAB AG (SYAB.DE) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 18/07/2024
