Due to the acquisition of STANDARD DIVERSIFIED by TURNING POINT BRANDS INC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

STANDARD DIVERSIFIED INC will be removed from the Index.
The shares of TURNING POINT BRANDS INC will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
