Initially announced on January 12, 2024 CHESAPEAKE ENERGY CORP made a stock offer for SOUTHWESTERN ENERGY CO of 0.0867 shares per SOUTHWESTERN ENERGY CO share held. Shareholders approved the Acquisition on June 18, 2024. Trading in shares of SOUTHWESTERN ENERGY CO is expected to be halted effective October 1, 2024. In absence of an active market the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SOUTHWESTERN ENERGY CO will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SOUTHWESTERN ENERGY CO (SWN.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
