Initially announced on February 7, 2025, TURN RIVER CAPITAL made a cash offer for SOLARWINDS CORP of USD 18.5 per SOLARWINDS CORP share held. Trading in shares of SOLARWINDS CORP is expected to be halted effective April 16, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SOLARWINDS CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SOLARWINDS CORP (SWI.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
