Acquisition | SOFTCHOICE CORPORATION | 13th March 2025

Initially announced on December 31, 2024, World Wide Technology Holding Co made a cash offer for SOFTCHOICE CORP of CAD 24.50 per SOFTCHOICE CORP share held. SOFTCHOICE CORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on March 4, 2025. Subjected to the remaining conditions, it is anticipated that the acquisition will be completed on or about March 13, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SOFTCHOICE CORPORATION will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SOFTCHOICE CORPORATION (SFTC.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 13/03/2025
