Acquisition | SLEEP COUNTRY CANADA HOLDING | 3rd October 2024

Initially announced on July 22, 2024 FAIRFAX FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED made a cash offer for SLEEP COUNTRY CANADA HOLDING of CAD 35 per SLEEP COUNTRY CANADA HOLDING share held. SLEEP COUNTRY CANADA HOLDING shareholders approved the Acquisition on September 18, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on October 2, 2024. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SLEEP COUNTRY CANADA HOLDING will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SLEEP COUNTRY CANADA HOLDING (ZZZ.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 03/10/2024
