Acquisition | SILVERLAKE AXIS LTD | 20th November 2024

On 26 August 2024, UNITED OVERSEAS BANK LTD announced that it would acquire the common shares of SILVERLAKE AXIS LTD through a tender offer. Each SILVERLAKE AXIS LTD shareholder would receive SGD 0.36 in cash for every share held. On 4 October 2024, the level of acceptances of the Offer were announced with the offeror controlling 89.11% percent of the share capital of SILVERLAKE AXIS LTD. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive will remove SILVERLAKE AXIS LTD from the indices on 20 November 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SILVERLAKE AXIS LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SILVERLAKE AXIS LTD (SLVX.SI) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 20/11/2024
