Acquisition | SILVER LAKE RESOURCES LTD | 11th June 2024

On 5 February 2024, RED 5 LTD made an offer to the shareholders of SILVER LAKE RESOURCES LTD to acquire 100% of the shares in SILVER LAKE RESOURCES LTD. Under the acquisition, SILVER LAKE RESOURCES LTD shareholders will receive 3.434 RED AT shares per every share held. SILVER LAKE RESOURCES LTD’s shareholders have approved the acquisition at the scheme meeting held on May 31, 2024. Pending the approval at the second court meeting on 6 June, 2024, SILVER LAKE RESOURCES LTD’s last trading day is expected to be on 7 June, 2024. Since 10 June, 2024 is a public holiday in Australia, the effective date of the acquisition will be on 11 June, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SILVER LAKE RESOURCES LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SILVER LAKE RESOURCES LTD (SLR.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 11/06/2024
