Acquisition | SILK ROAD MEDICAL INC | 18th September 2024

Initially announced on June 18, 2024 BOSTON SCIENTIFIC CORP made a cash offer for SILK ROAD MEDICAL INC of USD 27.5 per SILK ROAD MEDICAL INC share held. SILK ROAD MEDICAL INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on September 5, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on September 17, 2024. Trading in shares of SILK ROAD MEDICAL INC is expected to be halted effective September 17, 2024. In absence of an active market the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SILK ROAD MEDICAL INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SILK ROAD MEDICAL INC (SILK.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 18/09/2024
