Acquisition | SARAS SPA | 22nd August 2024

On June 28, 2024 Vitol BV launched a takeover bid for the remaining shares about 55 percent of SARAS SPA not yet held for cash EUR1.60 per share. At the end of the acceptance period on August 16, 2024 the provisional results of the offer showed the offeror controlling 87.689 percent of SARAS SPA share capital. As the free float of SARAS SPA is below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove SARAS SPA from the indices effective on August 22, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SARAS SPA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SARAS SPA (SRS.MI) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 22/08/2024
