Acquisition | SALCEF SPA | 13th November 2024

Initially announced on April 26, 2024 SALBID SPA made a cash offer for SALCEF SPA of EUR 26 per SALCEF SPA share held. Tender offer results for the offer ending November 8, 2024 indicate shareholder acceptances reached more than 90.0%. Due to the free float of SALCEF SPA falling below 15%, it will be removed from the indices effective (open) November 13, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

  • SALCEF SPA will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of SALCEF SPA (SCFG.MI) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 13/11/2024
