Acquisition | SAES GETTERS S.P.A. | 8th July 2024

Initially announced on April 17, 2024 S.G.G. Holding S.P.A. made a cash offer for SAES GETTERS S.P.A. of EUR 28 per share held. Tender offer results for the offer ending June 28, 2024 indicate shareholder acceptances reached 96.23%. Trading in shares of SAES GETTERS S.P.A. is expected to be suspended effective July 5, 2024. SAES GETTERS S.P.A. will be removed from the indices effective July 8, 2024 (open). In absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SAES GETTERS S.P.A. will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SAES GETTERS S.P.A. (SAEI.MI) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 08/07/2024
