Due to the acquisition of RIVER & MERCANTILE GROUP PLC by ASSETCO PLC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• The weight of RIVER & MERCANTILE GROUP PLC (RIV.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
