Initially announced on December 26, 2023 BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB CO made a cash offer for RAYZEBIO ORD of USD 62.50 per RAYZEBIO ORD share held. The tender offer expired at midnight on February 23, with 86 percent of shares validly tendered. The subsequent merger is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on February 26, 2024. Trading in shares of RAYZEBIO ORD is expected to be halted effective February 26, 2024.

• RAYZEBIO INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of RAYZEBIO INC (RYZB.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 28/02/2024
