Acquisition | PSC INSURANCE GROUP LTD | 3rd October 2024

On 8 May 2024, PSC INSURANCE GROUP LTD announced they entered into a Scheme Implementation Deed with ARDONAGH GROUP. Per the scheme, shareholders of PSC INSURANCE GROUP LTD will receive AUD 6.19 per share owned. On 26 September, shareholders of PSC INSURANCE GROUP LTD approved the scheme in the general meeting. The scheme will proceed contingent on the second court hearing on 1 October 2024 and other closing conditions, The effective date of the scheme will be 3 October 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PSC INSURANCE GROUP LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PSC INSURANCE GROUP LTD (PSI.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 03/10/2024
