Acquisition | PREMIER FINANCIAL CORP | 3rd March 2025

Initially announced on July 26, 2024 WESBANCO INC made a stock offer for PREMIER FINANCIAL CORP of 0.8 shares per PREMIER FINANCIAL CORP share held. PREMIER FINANCIAL CORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on December 11, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on March 3, 2025. Trading in shares of PREMIER FINANCIAL CORP is expected to be halted effective March 3, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PREMIER FINANCIAL CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PREMIER FINANCIAL CORP (PFC.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 03/03/2025
