The tender offer expired on December 22, 2023. As of the expiration, 67.97% of shares were validly tendered, satisfying the Minimum Tender Condition. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on December 27, 2023. Trading in shares of POINT BIOPHARMA GLOBAL INC is expected to be halted effective December 27, 2023.
