Initially announced on August 17, 2023 BRUKER CORP made a cash offer for PHENOMEX INC of USD 1 per PHENOMEX INC share held. The tender offer closes on September 29, 2023. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on October 2, 2023. Trading in shares of PHENOMEX INC is expected to be halted effective October 2, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PHENOMEX INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PHENOMEX INC (CELL.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 02/10/2023
