Initially announced on September 14, 2023 GXO LOGISTICS INC made a cash offer for PFSWEB INC of USD 7.5 per PFSWEB INC share held via tender offer. The tender offer expired on October 23, 2023. The subsequent merger became effective on October 23, 2023, with the last trading day of PFSWEB INC being October 23, 2023. PFSWEB INC will be removed from the index effective October 26, 2023.

• The weight of PFSWEB INC (PFSW.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
