Due to the acquisition of PEOPLES UNITED FINANCIAL INC. NON CUM PERP PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES A by M & T BANK CORP, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• PEOPLES UNITED FINANCIAL INC. NON CUM PERP PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES A will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PEOPLES UNITED FINANCIAL INC. NON CUM PERP PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES A (PBCTP.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 04/04/2022
