Acquisition | PAYFARE CL A ORD | 6th March 2025

Initially announced on December 23, 2024 FISERV INC made a cash offer for PAYFARE CL A ORD of CAD 4 per PAYFARE CL A ORD share held. Shareholders approved the Acquisition at a meeting held on February 21, 2025. On March 3, 2025 PAYFARE CL A ORD announced that it has completed the Acquisition. The Class A common shares of PAYFARE CL A ORD will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange and the OTCQX in due course.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PAYFARE CL A ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PAYFARE CL A ORD (PAY.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 06/03/2025
