Acquisition | PARK LAWN CORP | 9th August 2024

Initially announced on June 3, 2024 VIRIDIAN ACQUISITION INC made a cash offer for PARK LAWN CORP of CAD 26.5 per PARK LAWN CORP share held. PARK LAWN CORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on July 29, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, and court approval on August 6, 2024, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on August 9, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PARK LAWN CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PARK LAWN CORP (PLC.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 09/08/2024
