Initially announced on January 28, 2025 ZIMMER BIOMET HOLDINGS INC made a cash offer for PARAGON 28 INC of USD 13 plus one contingent value right (CVR) per PARAGON 28 INC share held. The completion of the event is pending the approval of PARAGON 28 INC shareholders on April 17, 2025. The last trading day in shares of PARAGON 28 INC is expected to be April 17, 2025. Due to the presence of a CVR in the offer, PARAGON 28 INC will be removed at its last close price effective April 18, 2025 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PARAGON 28 INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PARAGON 28 INC (FNA.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 18/04/2025
