Acquisition | PACTIV EVERGREEN INC | 3rd April 2025

Initially announced on December 9, 2024 NOVOLEX HOLDINGS L made a cash offer for PACTIV EVERGREEN INC of USD 18 per PACTIV EVERGREEN INC share held. On March 28, PACTIV EVERGREEN INC announced that all required regulatory approvals have been received and the Acquisition is expected to be completed on April 1, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, trading in shares of PACTIV EVERGREEN INC is expected to be halted effective April 1, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PACTIV EVERGREEN INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PACTIV EVERGREEN INC (PTVE.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 03/04/2025
