Acquisition | OVERSEAS SHIPHOLDING GROUP-A | 15th July 2024

Initially announced on May 20, 2024, SALTCHUK RESOURCES INC made a cash tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of OVERSEAS SHIPHOLDING GROUP it does not already own for USD 8.50 per share. The offer expired one minute after 11:59 pm EDT on July 9, 2024, and the transaction has completed. Trading of OSG stock on NYSE will cease on the open of July 10, 2024. In absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• OVERSEAS SHIPHOLDING GROUP-A will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of OVERSEAS SHIPHOLDING GROUP-A (OSG.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 15/07/2024
