Acquisition | OSISKO MINING INC | 25th October 2024

Initially announced on August 12, 2024 GOLD FIELDS LIMITED made a cash offer for OSISKO MINING INC of CAD 4.90 per OSISKO MINING INC share held. OSISKO MINING INC shareholders approved the transaction on October 17, 2024. The hearing date for the application for the Final Order of the Court is scheduled for October 22, 2024. The Arrangement is anticipated to become effective on or about October 25, 2024, subject to obtaining the required approvals.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• OSISKO MINING INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of OSISKO MINING INC (OSK.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 25/10/2024
