Acquisition | ON DECK CAPITAL INC | 13th October 2020

Due to the acquisition of ON DECK CAPITAL INC by ENOVA INTERNATIONAL INC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

ON DECK CAPITAL INC will be removed from the Index.
The shares of ENOVA INTERNATIONAL INC will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
Effective Date (open): 10/13/2020.
