Acquisition | OLINK HOLDING AB – ADR | 10th July 2024

Initially announced on October 17, 2023, THERMO FISHER SCIENTIFIC INC made a cash offer for OLINK HOLDING AB of USD 26 per OLINK HOLDING AB ADR held. The extended tender offer is scheduled to expire 5:00 p.m. ET on July 9, 2024, unless extended or terminated. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on July 10, 2024. Trading in shares of OLINK HOLDING AB – ADR is expected to be halted effective July 10, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• OLINK HOLDING AB – ADR will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of OLINK HOLDING AB – ADR (OLK.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 10/07/2024
