Acquisition | NUMIS CORPORATION PLC | 13th October 2023
On April 28, 2023 DEUTSCHE BANK AG announced the acquisition of NUMIS CORPORATION PLC for GBP 3.50 in cash per share, including interim dividends of GBP 0.11. NUMIS CORPORATION PLC shareholders approved the transaction on June 21, 2023. The Central Bank of Ireland’s approved the Transaction and notified DEUTSCHE BANK AG and NUMIS CORPORATION PLC on 25 September 2023. A court hearing is scheduled for October 11, 2023 to sanction the scheme. Last day of dealings on NUMIS CORPORATION PLC will be on October 12, 2023. NUMIS CORPORATION PLC declared an interim dividend of 5 pence per NUMIS CORPORATION PLC Share, being the Second Permitted Dividend as set out in the Scheme Document. The Second Permitted Dividend will only be payable if the Scheme becomes Effective and will be paid to NUMIS CORPORATION PLC Shareholders on October 12, 2023.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- NUMIS CORPORATION PLC will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of NUMIS CORPORATION PLC (NUM.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
