Acquisition | NORDIC WATERPROOFING HOLDING AB | 7th February 2025

On February 4, 2025 KINGSPAN GROUP PLC announced a cash offer for NORDIC WATERPROOFING HOLDING AB of SEK 182.50 per NORDIC WATERPROOFING HOLDING AB share held. The acceptance period for the offer is expected to commence on or about 6 February 2025 and expire on or about 6 March 2025. It was announced that as per the date of the offer, KINGSPAN GROUP PLC owns approximately 87.37 per cent of the total number of shares and votes in NORDIC WATERPROOFING HOLDING AB. Due to the free float of NORDIC WATERPROOFING HOLDING AB falling below 15%, it will be removed from the indices effective (open) February 7, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NORDIC WATERPROOFING HOLDING AB will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NORDIC WATERPROOFING HOLDING AB (NWHD.ST) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 07/02/2025
