Acquisition | NEW WORK SE | 30th August 2024

On June 3, 2024, NEW WORK SE entered into a delisting agreement with its majority shareholder, BURDA DIGITAL SE, which holds approximately 74.22 percent of the shares of NEW WORK SE. On the basis of the delisting agreement, an application for revocation of trading on the Xetra Stock Exchange has been submitted. Each shareholder of NEW WORK SE will receive EUR 66.25 in cash for every share held based on the unconditional public delisting tender offer submitted to the shareholders of NEW WORK SE. Based on the announcement on August 23, 2024, the last trading date in shares of NEW WORK SE was August 26, 2024. In absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• NEW WORK SE will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NEW WORK SE (NWOn.DE) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 30/08/2024
