Acquisition | MMA OFFSHORE LTD | 12th July 2024

On 25 March 2024, MMA OFFSHORE LTD announced that it had entered into a binding scheme implementation deed with CYAN MMA HOLDING PTY LTD, under which CYAN will acquire 100% of the fully paid ordinary shares in MMA by way of Scheme. On 20 June 2024, CYAN announced they will pay AUD 2.7 per share of MMA if the Scheme is implemented. On 8 July 2024, the shareholders of MMA approved the scheme and subject to approval in the Second Court Hearing on 10 July 2024, the effective date of the scheme will be 12 July 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MMA OFFSHORE LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MMA OFFSHORE LTD (MRM.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 12/07/2024
