Acquisition | MCKAY SECURITIES PLC | 6th May 2022

Due to the acquisition of MCKAY SECURITIES PLC by WORKSPACE GROUP PLC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• MCKAY SECURITIES PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of WORKSPACE GROUP PLC (WKP.L) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 06/05/2022
