Due to the acquisition of   MAZOR ROBOTICS LTD-SPON ADR by MEDTRONIC PLC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices.

ARK Israeli Innovation Index
Solactive US Extended Broad Market Index

• MAZOR ROBOTICS LTD-SPON ADR will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of MAZOR ROBOTICS LTD-SPON ADR based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 12/20/2018.
