On August 23, 2024 MACQUARIE/FT GL INT/UT DV IN announced a reorganization into ABRDN GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE INCOME FUND with an exchange ratio of 0.43728. The reorganization was completed on September 23, 2024. In absence of an active market the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• MACQUARIE/FT GL INT/UT DV IN will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of ABRDN GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE INCOME FUND (ASGI.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
