Acquisition | LYXOR BLOOMBERG EQUAL WEIGHT COMMO EX AGRI ETF | 10th February 2023

Due to the acquisition of LYXOR BLOOMBERG EQUAL WEIGHT COMMO EX AGRI ETF by AMUNDI BLOOMBERG EQUAL-WEIGHT COMMODITY EX-AGRICULTURE UCITS ETF ACC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• LYXOR BLOOMBERG EQUAL WEIGHT COMMO EX AGRI ETF will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of LYXOR BLOOMBERG EQUAL WEIGHT COMMO EX AGRI ETF (C090.DE) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 10/02/2023
