Acquisition | LITHIUM POWER INTERNATIONAL | 6th March 2024

Announced on 18 October 2023, CODELCO made an offer to purchase 100% of the issued share in LITHIUM POWER INTERNATIONAL for AUD 0.57 per share. On 23 January 2024, the shareholders of LITHIUM POWER INTERNATIONAL voted in favor of the scheme. The scheme remains subject to approval by the Federal Court of Australia scheduled for 4 March 2024. If approved the scheme will be effective on 6 March 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• LITHIUM POWER INTERNATIONAL will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of LITHIUM POWER INTERNATIONAL (LPI.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 06/03/2024
