Acquisition | L OCCITANE INTERNATIONAL SA | 5th August 2024

On April 29 2024, L’OCCITANE GROUPE S.A. offered to acquire all shares of L OCCITANE INTERNATIONAL SA with a purchase price of HKD 34 per share in cash. On July 23 2024, L’OCCITANE GROUPE S.A had received valid acceptances that resulted in it holding no less that 97.8% of the common shares. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive will remove the stock from the indices on August 5 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• L OCCITANE INTERNATIONAL SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of L OCCITANE INTERNATIONAL SA (0973.HK) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 05/08/2024
