Acquisition | KIN AND CARTA PLC | 26th April 2024

On 19 December 2023, KIN AND CARTA PLC and Valtech announced that they had reached agreement on the terms and conditions of a recommended cash acquisition of the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of KIN AND CARTA PLC by Valtech at an offer price of 130 pence per KIN AND CARTA PLC Share. KIN AND CARTA PLC confirmed that all the regulatory conditions have now been satisfied. Suspension of listing and dealings in KIN AND CARTA PLC Shares will be on 26 April 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• KIN AND CARTA PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of KIN AND CARTA PLC (KCT.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 26/04/2024
