Initially announced on January 19, 2024 Arcline Investment Management L.P. made a cash offer for KAMAN CORP of USD 46 per KAMAN CORP share held. KAMAN CORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on April 17, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on April 19, 2024. Trading in shares of KAMAN CORP is expected to be halted effective April 19, 2024.

• KAMAN CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of KAMAN CORP (KAMN.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
